JDRF Fort Worth Gala: Wild About A Cure

Welcome to the JDRF Fort Worth Gala: Wild About A Cure Registration Page!  The JDRF Fort Worth Gala will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Fort Worth Zoo at 6:30PM in the Reserve.  Complimentary valet will be provided.

Please fill out the form below to register you and/or your table guests.  Your registration will ensure that you (and your guests) are seated at the correct table and will give you access to the online silent auction.  Registering will also save you time in the check-in line at the gala!

Helpful Hints:

• Please do not use the same email and phone number for more than one guest.

• Do not use “TBD” as a placeholder for a guest; if you do not know who will attend, please wait until you have the information.

• Pre-register your credit card information by checking the option at the bottom of the page. (All information is safe and encrypted and will not be shared with third parties.)
